Meanwhile, R. N. Ravi, who was serving as the Governor of Tamil Nadu, has been appointed as the Governor of West Bengal.

Other appointments include Nand Kishore Yadav as the Governor of Nagaland, Jishnu Dev Varma as the Governor of Maharashtra, and Shiv Pratap Shukla, who was serving as Governor of Himachal Pradesh, now appointed as the Governor of Telangana.

Additionally, Syed Ata Hasnain has been appointed as the Governor of Bihar. These appointments are part of a broader reshuffle of governors and lieutenant governors across several Indian states and union territories.
