BJP NP NIshikant Dubey Thursday submitted the substantive resolution against Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi. Dubey later alleged that  Rahul Gandhi had met Soros Fondation, Ford Foundation and some anti-India organisations during his foreign visits.
