Mumbai High Court Monday granted bail to Akashdeep Singh, an accused in Baba Sidiqui murder case Monday. Akashdeep is the first person to get the bail in this case.

Justice Neela Gokhale, however, put a condition on Akashdeep that he will not leave Mumbai till the completion of the trial of this case.

Sidiqui was shot dead on October 12, 2024 in Bandra East area of Mumbai by unidentified gunmen. The Bishnoi gang took the responsibility of the case and Lawrence Bishnoi's younger brother Anmol Bishoi was also deported to India from the US.
