Vancouver Public Library, announced to forgive any outstanding Library Fines.
From June 14-27, Vancouver Public Library Organizing two week Library Fine Forgiveness event, to clear any outstanding fines and reactivate the library card.
VPL want to offer people a fresh start by removing fines and fees from their library card.
“Fines create negative experiences for both our community and staff, and discourage individuals and families from using the library. By removing outstanding fines on Vancouver Public Library cards, we hope to reconnect people with their library and the collections and services they love and need to succeed.”, says VPL.
