Chandigarh: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the National Security Guard (NSG) have launched an investigation after two blasts occurred in 32 hours on the heritage road near the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Punjab.
After the NIA team arrived late at night, the NSG team also reached the heritage route on Tuesday morning.
The NSG team is recreating the scene at the scene and inspecting the entire area. Earlier, the NIA team had also recreated the scene at the scene of the incident.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has sought a report from the Punjab DGP on the entire matter.
In the blast case on Heritage Road, the police have not yet been able to ascertain the reasons. The police are investigating this case keeping in mind all the three facts of terrorist attack, mischief or personal reason. But the entry of NIA and NSG has increased the possibility of the terrorist module being there. However, the NIA and NSG teams have refused to talk to the media.
The NIA team also met the forensic team that conducted the investigation on the heritage route on Monday night. The notes made by the forensic team so far were also considered.
