New Delhi: A day after accusing the BJP of conspiring to kill Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal fearing defeat in the Gujarat and Delhi municipal polls, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today demanded a probe into the matter and said he would file a complaint with the Election Commission.
Addressing a press conference here, Sisodia alleged that the kind of language used by BJP leader Manoj Tiwari against Kejriwal on Thursday was an “open threat”. “Their language points to a conspiracy being hatched to kill Arvind Kejriwal. We demand the arrest of Manoj Tiwari for this threat.”
Responding to the allegations, Tiwari said he was concerned about the safety and security of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He dismissed the allegation that his party was conspiring to kill Kejriwal. “I am worried about Kejriwal’s security after seeing the manner in which an AAP MLA has been beaten up by his own party workers for selling tickets for the MCD polls.”
Alleging that the BJP was conspiring to kill Kejriwal, Sisodia is once again harping on the old tune.
