Chandigarh: Mansa police have filed supplementary challans against seven accused in the murder case of singer Sidhu Moosewala. In this, important revelations have been made in the investigation of Mandeep Toofan, Mani Raia, shooter Deepak Mundi and Jagtar Singh, who did recce of Moosewala before murder.
Investigations have revealed that his neighbour Jagtar Singh, who was doing Recce for musewala’s murder, had leaked Moosewala’s song two years ago. In this regard, a case was registered against Jagtar under the IT Act on February 24, 2020, at Anandpur Sahib police station.
In this rivalry, he joined hands with gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria.
He diverted the direction of the CCTV cameras installed in his house towards Moosewala’s house.
Earlier, Mani and Toofan had to go Moosewala’s home in police uniform to eliminate him.
The interrogation of Jaggu Bhagwanpuria’s gangsters Mandeep Toofan and Mani Raia has revealed that they had to play an important role in the murder conspiracy at the behest of Goldie Brar, Lawrence Bishnoi and Jaggu. They had to enter Moosewala’s house posing as policemen and then kill him.
For this, the accused had also arranged for police uniforms. On July 4, 2022, the Delhi Special Cell arrested shooters Ankit Sersa and Sachin Chaudhary and recovered police uniforms from their car, arranged by Mandeep Toofan and Mani.
So, to carry out the murder, the accused kept roaming around Moosewala village in an Alto car. But when the plan changed on the spot, Moosewala was attacked in Jawaharke village.
