Police in Surrey are investigating after gunshots were fired at a home in the city’s Surrey Central area early Monday morning.
The Surrey Police Service said officers were called to the area of 95 Avenue and 127 Street at about 2:50 a.m. following reports of shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers located a residence with apparent damage consistent with gunfire. Police said none of the occupants inside the home were injured.
Investigators from the Surrey Police Service Major Crime Section, along with officers from Integrated Forensic Identification Services, have been called in to assist with the investigation.
Police say the incident remains in its early stages, and a motive has not yet been determined.
