Chandigarh: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) carried out searches in Jammu and Kashmir and Chandigarh in connection with the cross-border narco-terrorism case.

It is reported that this raid is about different cases. In Punjab, searches are being conducted for weapons coming through drones from across the border.

For a long time, the NIA has been monitoring sleeper sales of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) and International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) in Punjab.

Not only this, a new case was recently registered regarding the terrorist connection. NIA is now conducting a search operation after receiving many new inputs.

The team reached Majith Mandi and village Kanwan

According to the information received, NIA teams reached village Kanwan of Lopoke under Amritsar in the morning. A house was raided. Some papers and electronic gadgets have been taken away by the teams. Similarly, raids are also going on in the border areas of Tarn Taran and Ferozepur. An NIA team has also reached a businessman in Amritsar’s Majith Mandi.

According to the information received, Pakistan is constantly conspiring against India. By activating narco-terror funding and terrorist activities, Pakistan is trying to spoil the atmosphere of Punjab.
