Man charged in Chinatown bakery break-in
A 24-year-old man is facing a break-and-enter charge after suspicious activity was reported at a bakery Thursday morning.
A neighbour across the street contacted police after noticing a man on the roof of the business. When officers arrived, they observed the man trying to flee while carrying an item believed to have been taken from the bakery.
The man was arrested and transported to jail. He was released on an undertaking by the courts.
