Police are seeking public assistance in locating Melissa Harper who was reported missing on October 21.

Melissa Harper was last contacted on October 21, 2026, and was last known to be in Qualicum Beach.

Melissa Harper, 18, is 5 ft 4 ins tall, weighing 110 lbs with brown hairs and brown eyes. 

Police and family are concerned for her health and well-being. “The circumstances of her disappearance are suspicious”, said Corporal Alex Bérubé, spokesperson for the BC RCMP. “For this reason, the Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit has taken over the investigation”. Melissa Harper has ties to both the Lower Mainland and Alberta.
