Toronto police ask public to identify sexual assault suspect

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect in a Sexual Assault investigation. 

On Wednesday, September 30, at approximately 3:08 p.m., police responded to a call for a Sexual Assault at Main Subway Station. 

It is reported that the victim exited the eastbound train and went to the mezzanine level of the station, a man came up behind the victim and sexually assaulted her, the man then fled the area on foot, the victim sustained no injuries. 

The suspect is described as 20-30 years of age, has a large build, short brown hair, a light beard, and cross tattoo on left wrist. He was wearing a white t-shirt, dark pants, glasses, off white Nike sneakers, and a white and black Air Jordan backpack.

A sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration.
