The City of Abbotsford is inviting local businesses and entrepreneurs to share feedback on doing business in Abbotsford through the Annual Business Survey. The survey aims to better understand the challenges and opportunities facing Abbotsford’s business community and how the City can support local economic growth. 

In addition to gathering insights on business retention and expansion progress, growth projections and current challenges, the City is also seeking to better understand how to best improve business support processes and programs. 

Feedback from this year’s survey will build on benchmark information received during last year’s inaugural survey which was identified as an action item of the City’s Business Retention and Expansion Strategy. The results will help monitor progress of that Strategy and provide insights to help the City strengthen Abbotsford’s position as the economic hub of the Fraser Valley. 

The survey is open until June 5 at www.letstalkabbotsford.ca/2026-annual-business-survey. All local Abbotsford businesses are encouraged to participate, share their experiences and help shape the economic future of our community.
