Three arrested, fourth suspect sought after break-in at North Battleford municipal building
Three people have been arrested and charged following a break and enter at a municipal building in North Battleford, while police continue to search for a fourth suspect.
Battlefords RCMP say officers were called to a building on 101 Street at about 3:30 a.m. on March 20, 2026, after a report of a break-in.
Investigators determined that four individuals entered the building at approximately 3:25 a.m., stole various office items, and left within minutes.
Police have identified three of the suspects. John Chickosis, 34, of North Battleford; Ruebin Curley, 30; and Naomi Yellowtail, 46, have each been charged with one count of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence under the Criminal Code.
Curley is also facing an additional charge of failing to comply with a probation order.
Police say all three are scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on May 25, 2026.
Investigators are still working to identify a fourth suspect, described as an adult male wearing a black baseball cap, a black Toronto Raptors hoodie, black Puma pants and white and black shoes.
RCMP say the investigation remains ongoing.
