The Enforcement Directorate (ED) Wednesday summoned former Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Captain Amrinder Singh under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). Captain is currently undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Mohali.  

The case is connected to an old investigation linked to his son Raninder Singh. Captain, who remained Punjab's Chief Minister twice (from 2002 to 2007 and 2017 to 2022).
