The Delhi government again rejected the pre-release plea of Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar. Delhi's State Sentence Review Board (SSRB) Tuesday rejected the plea of Prof. Bhullar.

Bhullar had been convicted in a 1993 Delhi bomb blast case. 

The Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandhak Committee (SGPC) President Harjinder Singh Dhami opposed the move.
