Nearly 200 killed in armed attacks across central and Northern Nigeria

Nearly 200 people were killed by armed groups in the central and Northern region of Nigeria Wednesday. According to the information, these killings were a result of a deadly attack by an armed group in the Kwara State.

The armed groups demanded allegiance to Sharia law and massacred them later, burned their homes and shops. Security forces are searching survivors as many are missing after this attack.This violence highlights the Nigerians' worsening security crisis involving  Islamist militants, bandits, and intercommunal conflicts, despite an ongoing military operations and international support.
