The Supreme Court granted bail to senior SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia in a disproportionate assets (DA) case Monday. However, Majithia could not come out of the jail due to some procedural delays. Majithia was arrested by Punjab’s Vigilance Bureau (VB) last year. 

Majithia was arrested by the VB after registering a case against him, under the Prevention of Corruption (PC) Act.
