French authorities have identified 39-year-old influencer Abdoulaye N.,
known online as Doudou Cross Bitume, among four suspects charged
in last month’s audacious Louvre Museum burglary that lasted under
eight minutes. The suspects allegedly used a cherry picker to enter
through a window and steal jewels from the Apollo Gallery.
Abdoulaye N., famous for his motorcycle stunt videos, was arrested at
his home in Aubervilliers. His DNA was reportedly found on display
cases and abandoned tools. He faces charges of organized theft and
criminal conspiracy, alongside three accomplices believed to be part
of the same burglary team.
Prosecutors say Abdoulaye had a prior robbery conviction from 2015.
Meanwhile, his trial in an unrelated vandalism case has been
postponed to April due to intense media coverage, with his lawyers
emphasizing the need to protect his presumption of innocence.
