Chandigarh: Karamjit Singh has been elected as the president of the ad-hoc Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak
Committee. The government has appointed an 11-member executive, of which five are office-bearers and six are executive members.
Bhupinder Singh Sandhwan has been elected as senior vice president, Gurmeet Singh as junior vice president, Gurwinder Singh Dhamija as general secretary and Mohanjit Singh as joint secretary.
Ravinder Kaur, Jaswant Singh, Gurbaksh Singh, Ramnik Singh Mann, Jagseer Singh and Vinnar Singh have been elected as executive members. Meanwhile, former president Baljit Singh Daduwal boycotted the meeting expressing displeasure. He said that he was not satisfied with the election of Karamjit Singh as the president.
