Chandigarh: A shocking alleged kidnapping and rape incident has come to light in Jalandhar city of Punjab. A man working in a factory in leather complex has claimed that he was taken away by four car-borne girls and then raped him after drugging him on Monday night.

However, the person with whom the incident took place did not lodge a complaint at the police station citing the social stigma.

The man narrated the ordeal, saying he works as a labourer in the factory. He was on his way to home from the factory when a white car stopped near him on Kapurthala Road. There were 4 girls in their early 20s were sitting in the car.

The girl driving the car took out a slip and asked for an address. The man said that as soon as he started looking at the slip, they sprayed something on his face and he fainted. The girls forced him into the car, blindfolded him and took him to an unknown place where he was raped.

The girls were drinking and forced him to drink alcohol too. The four then raped him again. At around 3 am, they dropped him near the leather complex with a blindfold.

The man, who works at the leather complex, said the girls seemed to be from a good family. They all spoke mostly in English. When he said something to them, they used Punjabi language. However, after taking inputs from the person working as a labour worker, the intelligence department has also started its work to get to the bottom of the matter.
