Ontario: On the remembrance day celebrations crowd has gathered to pay their respect from across the province, Ontarioresidents is paying tribute to the soldiers who fought for Canada and lost their lives.
In the same series, at 10:45 a.m. this morning, under the leadership of Premier Doug Ford, floral tributes will also be paid to these soldiers in the Provincial Assembly.
According to information provided by the Canadian Armed Forces, a 21-gun salute will be given to the martyred soldiers during this time and arrangements will also be made to salute through airplanes at Queen’s Park. The entire event will take place at 11:00 am.
Keeping in mind the weather, the planes will travel to Whitby, Ontario. The City of Toronto will begin a public ceremony at the Old City Hall at 10:45 a.m. to commemorate Remembrance Day. Ontario Lieutenant Governor Elizabeth Dowdwell and Mayor John Tory will address the gathering. Meanwhile, the ceremony will also be held at the National War Memorial in Ottawa at 11:00 am.
