New Delhi: Various exit polls released after the completion of the second and final phase of the Gujarat Assembly elections have predicted a lotus blooming for the fifth time in a row in Gujarat, while in the hill state of Himachal Pradesh, there is a strong fight between the BJP and the Congress.
On the other hand, in the municipal elections held for 250 wards of Delhi, the AAP’s broom seems to be in a shambles.
For the 68 assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh, News X has claimed 32-60 seats for the BJP, 27-34 for the Congress, 0 for the AAP and 1-2 for others.
Republic TV’s P.Mark has predicted 34-39 seats for the BJP, 28-33 for the Congress, 0-1 for the AAP and 1-4 for others. Times Now ETG has predicted 38 seats for the BJP, 28 for the Congress, two for the AAP and two for others.
Zee News BARC has claimed that BJP will get 35-40 seats, Congress 20-25, AAP 0-3 and others 1-5 seats. In the exit poll released for 182 seats in Gujarat, News X Jan Ki Baat has predicted 117-140 seats for the BJP, 34-51 for the Congress and 6-13 for the AAP.
Republic TV P Mark has claimed 128 to 148 seats for BJP, 30-42 for Congress and others and 2-10 for AAP, TV 9 Gujarati for BJP 125-130, Congress 40-50 and AAP 3-5.
Almost all the exit polls for the Delhi MCD elections have predicted between 146 and 175 seats. In the 250-ward Delhi Municipal Corporation, any party needs 126 seats for a majority.
In the poll of exit polls, the BJP has been claimed to get the same number of seats with a loss of 84 seats. Congress is likely to get 7 (-21) and AAP 155 (+111) seats.
