New Delhi: The ED has approached the High Court against the bail of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut. Today, the Sessions Court of Mumbai has ordered Raut to be released on bail in the Patra Chawl case.
The central agency has reached the High Court against this decision.
Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut was on Wednesday granted bail by a special court in the Patra chawl scam case. The ED had arrested the Shiv Sena MP in July this year in a money laundering case.
