New Delhi: Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail, has written a letter to the Delhi L-G VK Saxena claiming that he had paid Rs 50 crores to the Aam Aadmi Party to get a position in the party.

He further alleged that he has also given Rs 10 crore as protection money to AAP leader Satyendar Jain. He said that Jain had demanded Rs 2 crore a month from him through his personal assistant.

Following this, BJP corned the AAP and its supremo Arvind Kejriwal on this issue.

“This is huge! Sukesh Chandrasekhar paid protection money to now Jailed AAP Minister Satyendra Jain. About 50 crore was paid to the party as well. No doubt there’s a reason why AAP is called as #KattarCorruptParty,” BJP leader Sambit Patra tweeted.

BJP’s national information and technology department in-charge Amit Malviya has also surrounded the Aam Aadmi Party over the matter.

He said, “AAP and it’s jailed Jail Minister Satyendra Jain conned conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, extracted 10 crore as protection (in Tihar) money and 50 crore for an influential party position in South India. AAP leaders are extortionists. Satyendra is still a minister in Kejriwal’s Govt. ”

Meanwhile, the Delhi LG yet has not yet reacted on this matter. Earlier, LG had recommended a CBI probe against Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia for his alleged involvement in liquor policy scam case.
