Gaza: Israel says it will allow a trickle of fuel to flow into Gaza for use by the U-N and to keep communications systems running.
Aid agencies warned today of the possibility of starvation, as the lack of fuel has forced them to call off deliveries of basic necessities in the Gaza Strip.
They say most people in Gaza are without adequate food and clean water.
A U-S State Department official says the first deliveries of fuel are expected tomorrow
