Surrey: A woman has been charged following a stabbing in Surrey on September 8, 2024. Police responded to a report of a possible pedestrian accident at 108 Avenue and King George Boulevard around 2:16 a.m. However, they found a woman with stab wounds instead. She was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The suspect, 36-year-old Jennifer Kipp, was arrested nearby and charged with assault with a weapon and aggravated assault. Police believe the incident was targeted. Kipp remains in custody awaiting her next court appearance.
