New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has been raising its voice against the ordinance issued by the Centre to regulate administrative services in the national capital.
After meeting the Chief Ministers of many states, now a mega rally is going to be organized in Delhi on behalf of AAP. The rally will be organized by the party at Ramlila Ground in Delhi.
Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal will organize the mega rally. On behalf of the AAP, it has been claimed that more than one lakh people will participate in this mega rally.
The Centre had recently promulgated an ordinance to set up the National Capital Civil Services Authority for transfer and disciplinary action against Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Danix cadre officers.
The ordinance was brought after the Supreme Court handed over control of matters other than those related to police, public order and land to the elected government in Delhi.
Within six months of the promulgation of the ordinance, the Centre will have to replace it with a bill in Parliament.
