New Delhi: An Air India flight (AI185) from Delhi to Vancouver returned to Delhi due to a technical snag shortly after take-off. It was not immediately known what caused the plane to turn and land.
An Air India spokesperson said the aircraft landed safely at the Delhi airport. The airline apologized for the inconvenience caused to the passengers and said that they are making alternative arrangements for them while providing all kinds of assistance.
Airline said in a statement, “On May 26, 2023, Air India flight AI185 from Delhi to Vancouver, operated by Boeing 777 aircraft, returned to Delhi shortly after departure due to technical reasons,” the airline said in a statement.
