Vancouver: The police on Wednesday said a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Vancouver’s Chinatown.
In a press release, the Vancouver Police Department said a woman was crossing near Main Street and Georgia Street when she was struck by a vehicle just before 12:30 p.m.
The police said tragically, she was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver is cooperating with the investigation.
Vancouver Police Department’s Collision Investigation Unit reached the scene to collect evidence.
