Chandigarh: The Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has reshuffle portfolios of his six Ministers on Wednesday.
The Minister Aman Arora’s stature has been reduced in the cabinet as two major portfolios have been taken away from him including the Urban Housing and Public Relations Department. Arora got new energy resources, printing and stationery, Governance Reforms Employment Generation department.
The PR department has been given to Chetan Singh Jouramajra. Apart from this, Urban housing will remain with Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
After the change, CM Bhagwant Mann now holds the portfolios of General Administration, Home Ministry, Vigilance, Cooperation, Industry and Commerce, Prisons, Legal Affairs, Civil Aviation, Urban Development.
Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer has water resources, mines, science and technology environment, sports and youth affairs departments.
Laljit Singh Bhullar will hold transport, animal husbandry, food processing. Anmol Gagan Mann will have tourism and culture, investment promotion, labour and hospitality departments.
