New Delhi: The Delhi Police has registered two cases under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) against the gangsters allegedly involved in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, along with several other gangsters.

This case under UAPA is generally registered for committing terrorist acts. Gangsters of Delhi are also included in this list.

Sources said that this step has been taken after the Union Home Ministry directed to take strict action against the gangsters, who are in touch with several terrorist organizations.

It has been learnt that the Delhi Police has registered a case against the Moosewala murder case accused Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar and Vikram Brar along with their rival gang members Devinder Bambiha, Kaushal Chaudhary, Neeraj Bawana, Sunil alias Tillu Tajpuria, Dilpreet and Sukhpreet alias Budha.

A case has been registered under Section of UAPA. Fugitive terrorist Harvinder Rinda has also been booked under this section.
