New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward for those who provide information about people associated with Dawood Ibrahim and D Company. NIA has released the list of prize money on Thursday.
In this, a reward of 25 lakhs has been kept on Dawood. Apart from this, 20 lakh reward has been announced for giving information about Chhota Shakeel.
The names of Dawood, Chhota Shakeel, Anees Ibrahim, Javed Chikna and Tiger Memon are in the list. This is the first time that the NIA has publicly announced such a huge reward.
The special thing is that for the first time old and new pictures of these people have been released together. However, there is no new photo of Dawood. The same photo of him has been released, which was released by several government agencies after the 1993 Mumbai blasts.
D gang active again in Mumbai
NIA has found evidence of terror funding through drugs and illegal properties in Mumbai. The syndicate of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim is working behind this. A new module of terror is being prepared with the help of ISI.
According to the intelligence report of NIA, the people of Dawood gang are providing funds to terrorist organizations supporting Pakistan. Due to this, the business of ransom, betting, threats to builders and drugs has increased in Mumbai, Thane and surrounding areas.
UN also placed a reward of $ 25 million on Dawood
In 2003, the United Nations Security Council placed a $25 million bounty on Dawood Ibrahim. Apart from Dawood, Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed, Jaish chief Maulana Masood Azhar, Hizbul Mujahideen founder Syed Salahuddin and Abdul Rauf Asghar are also included in India’s most wanted list.
