Salmo: A man has been charged for allegedly distributing drugs during a local music festival in Salmo.
The police said on July 25, festival security informed officers that “drugs were being sold by a festival attendee from his recreational vehicle (RV)”.
The police said officers reached the scene and they were directed to the RV in question.
“Officers seized a large amount of money, drugs and drug paraphernalia from the RV,” BC RCMP said in a press release.
According to the Mounties, over $145,000 and 100 grams of suspected controlled substances were seized.
The police arrested the occupant of the RV, who has been identified as a 45-year-old man of Vancouver.
