Chandigarh: The Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab on Saturday sent 36 principals of government schools to Singapore, fulfilling its poll promise. All principals flew from Chandigarh to Singapore. During this, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann himself mainly arrived and c-off everyone.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann shook hands with all principals and asked them to return with full knowledge. At the same time, the principals also expressed their happiness.
They told CM Mann that they had never thought of such an opportunity. They will share their different experiences with the children and fellow teachers after the return. The principals promised that they would return twice as much as what would be spent on them.
CM Mann informed that these teachers will be part of professional teacher training seminar in Singapore from February 6 to February 10. Where they will get information about the latest methods of teaching. Their training will be completed at the Principals Academy in Singapore.
