Brampton: Three people were injured and one woman dead in a collision between two vehicles in Brampton on Monday evening.
Injured were taken to the Trauma Center for treatment.
According to Peel Regional Police,
Peel Regional Police accident occurred at drive area on Torbram Road on the eastern end of the city at 7:30 p.m and after being informed of the collision between the two vehicles, investigators rushed to the spot.
Police said the two adults were taken to a trauma centre and they are stable now while a woman was taken to local hospital is also fine. However, another woman succeeded to her injuries.
According to the information, three people were in one vehicle and one person was alone in another when the accident took place.
Const. Heather Cannon told media that the matter is under investigation and cause of the mishap has yet not been ascertained.
The intersection will be closed for investigation and the police are asking motorists to take alternative routes.
