Toronto: A man is dead and a male suspect is in custody following a stabbing incident at 251 Sherbourne Street, located just north of Dundas Street East, on Sunday evening. Toronto police are investigating the case.
Police reached the spot at 4.30 pm and found a man badly injured. He was stabbed several times. He was later declared brought dead. According to the information given by paramedics, the second injured person was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The police have detained one person in connection with the incident and have also said that there is no threat to the public.
