Ottawa: The European Union’s top diplomat is urging Canada’s Melanie Joly and other G-7 foreign ministers meeting in Italy to move quickly to provide more air defense systems to Ukraine.
Josep Borrell warns the electricity system of Ukraine will be destroyed if it doesn’t get more Patriot missile systems to guard against incoming Russian strikes.
Borrell also urged Iran and Israel to de-escalate their conflict, saying he believes we are on the edge of a regional war in the Middle East, which will send shockwaves to the rest of the world.
