Ontario Premier Doug Ford has announced a phased re-opening plan that will begin easing COVID-19 restrictions at the end of this month.

On January 31st, the province will increase social gathering limits to 10 indoors and 25 outdoors, and allow some businesses to re-open with capacity limits.

Restaurant dining rooms, gyms, cinemas, museums and zoos that were shut down earlier this month will be allowed to re-open at 50 per cent capacity.

Ontario is reporting four-thousand and 61 people in hospital with COVID-19 today and another 75 deaths, including some that occurred earlier this month.
