Deputy chief of the Delta Police Department, Norm Lipinski has been named for the position of Surrey Police Service. In a press release sent by the Surrey Police Board, Lipnski has been named as chief of Surrey Police. Lipinski is a former assistant commissioner for the RCMP’s E-Division in B.C.
