New Delhi: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has once again targeted his former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot. Ashok Gehlot has criticized Sachin Pilot and called him a traitor.

“A traitor cannot be the chief minister. The high command cannot make Sachin Pilot the chief minister. A man who does not have 10 MLAs, who rebelled, betrayed the party, he has committed treachery.”

Referring to the political crisis of 2020, Ashok Gehlot said that it must have happened for the first time in the history of the country that a party president tried to topple his government. Rs 10 crore came from BJP’s Delhi office, I have proof. I don’t know who was given how much of this money.

The Rajasthan chief minister alleged that Pilot had met two senior BJP Union ministers in Delhi. “Amit Shah and Dharmendra Pradhan were involved. They (including Pilot) had a meeting in Delhi,” he said, adding that Dharmendra Pradhan had also gone to meet at the hotel where the rebellious leaders stayed. CM Gehlot claimed that in 2009, when the UPA government was formed, it was he who recommended that he (Pilot) be made a Union minister.
