Canada: Hundreds of people are gathered on Parliament Hill as part of a rally organized by major Jewish organizations, including the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs.
Some are holding signs calling for the release of all hostages seized in the October 7th Hamas raid into Israel. Others are draped in Israeli flags.
The rally comes as the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry misreporting the death toll in the territory since October 7th has surpassed 15-thousand, 500, with more than 41-thousand wounded. The numbers cannot be verified.

As she visited Gaza today, the president of the International Committee of the Red Cross said the level of human suffering is
intolerable and that it is unacceptable that civilians have no safe place to go.
Israel says it targets Hamas operatives and blames civilian casualties on the militants, accusing them of operating in
residential neighborhoods.
