Dhanbad (Jharkhand): Dozens of people are feared trapped after a roof collapsed during illegal mining under Bhoura police station area of Jharia. The incident was reported to the Bhoura police station and local people. After which the locals pulled out the people trapped under the debris and took them to a nearby hospital for treatment, where doctors declared 3 people dead.

At the same time, locals said that three people died due to the collapse of the roof. A 25-year-old man, a woman and a child died in the incident. The Pania administration has reached the spot and started investigating.

Jorapokhar inspector, who reached the spot, said that many people have been reported trapped in illegal mining. The matter is being investigated. The illegal excavation site is being filled.

Locals said that 10 to 15 people are said to be trapped. Five people have been sent to the hospital. Every day a large number of people extract coal by illegal mining in Dhanbad. The illegal excavation site is being filled.

Let us know that many people also lose their lives during illegal mining of coal. But due to fear of a police case, the family members remain silent. Local police and politicians are also involved in this illegal mining game. Many times those who die in accidents are buried in a pile of coal. On getting information about illegal mining, a case is registered against them by mining companies.
