AM 1550 Sher-E-Punjab Radio is a 24 hour multilingual radio broadcaster located in Richmond, BC.  It focuses on the fast growing Indo-Canadian/American and South Asian population in the Greater Vancouver and Northwest Washington region.

AM 1550 Sher-E-Punjab provides live interactive talk shows, news, music entertainment and religious programs.  The open live talks shows gives the audience a chance to voice their opinions on issues affecting the community.  AM 1550 Sher-E-Punjab serves the entire community by rising above the religious fanaticism, political narrow-mindedness and factionalism.  

As a community station, AM 1550 Sher-E-Punjab strives to provide points of view that are rarely expressed in the mainstream media. It takes pride in being an alternative to mainstream media and offers the public a forum to express points of views that otherwise may not be heard.
